Tuesday morning, the City of Decatur, fully began their partnership with SeeClickFix to announce the launch of a new platform.
With SeeClickFix’s free app and web tools, Decatur residents will now be able to provide local governmental staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. In addition, the SeeClickFix platform also offers a centralized and integrated management system, which Decatur officials can engage further with residents, track issues, and monitor success.
