A jury of eight women and four men in Adams Circuit Court deliberated for approximately three and a half hours Thursday afternoon before finding guilty of nine sex-related charges lodged against him in March of 2022.
Garcia was convicted on four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor child, four counts of child molesting, and one count of child solicitation. He was found not guilty by the jury of three counts of possession of child pornography. Charges were originally filed against Garcia in early March of 2022.
