Swiss Days Festival kicks-off tonight

    5 p.m. — Craft and food vendors open downtown;
    6 p.m. — Swiss Days opening ceremonies on the main stage;
    6-8:15 p.m. — Agape Sports League ball game, South Adams softball diamond;
    6-8 p.m. — Quilt Show and Merchant Mall, First Mennonite Family Center, $3 admission;
    6-10 p.m. — Beer’s & Jessop’s Amusement, East Main parking lot, wrist bands Thursday only;
    6:30 p.m. — Little Miss Swiss Days Pageant, main stage. To register email or registration forms may be picked up at the Berne Chamber of Commerce office, 2015 E. Main St.;
    7:30-9:30 p.m. – Ken and Mary Accordions, main stage;
    9 a.m. — Craft and food vendors open downtown and U.S. 27;
    9 a.m. — Tour Smith Brothers of Berne, Monroe Street;
    9 a.m.-noon — Kids’ Tractor Pull, sponsored by Adams Central FFA, Baltimore Street;
    9 a.m.-4 p.m. — Swiss Days Amateur Radio Station, Berne Church of the Nazarene, North Sprunger Street. Sponsored by the Adams County Amateur Radio Club. Licensing testing will be held from 9a.m.-noon;
    9 a.m.-4 p.m. — Swiss Heritage Village Activities, admission fees apply;
    • Antique Tractor and Engine Show;
    • Cheese making demonstrations;
    • Sawmill demonstrations;
    • Village tours;
    9 a.m.-5 p.m. — Open House Arthur & Gloria Muselman Wellness Pavilion, Swiss Village North Campus;
    9a.m.-6 p.m. — Quilt Show and Merchant Mall, First Mennonite Family Center, $3 admission fee;
    9:30 a.m. — Frances Bond Gospel Singer, Swiss Village Auditorium;
