Seniors play final point for Bellmont, AC advances in tennis sectional

After two days of rain delays, the Adams Central Flying Jets finally got their matchup with Norwell in the sectional opener and they came away with the same 4-1 victory they got earlier in the year thanks to a big win by Austin Maldeney and a long, grinding, three-set win by Jaren Hildebrand over Krew Bussel at No. 1 Singles.
“We knew it would be a good, close match,” said head coach Jessica Disinger, “especially with the anticipation of when we would get to play from postponements. But the guys came out excited to play and were able to pull off a great win.”
