Hop on out to these egg hunt events

The annual Decatur Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by WZBD radio, will be held at noon Saturday at Riverside Center.

Limberlost State Historic Site will sponsor an egg hunt at 11 a.m. Saturday at the baseball diamond in Geneva. Guests may also arrive early and enjoy seeing critters such as bunnies, Silkie chickens and guinea pigs at a petting zoo provided by Roll Farms of Marion.
The Easter Bunny will greet children and parents may bring their cameras as there will be plenty of opportunities for photographs before and after the hunt. Admission for children is $2 (ages 12 and under), while parents and grandparents are admitted free.

The Monroe Volunteer Fire Department will hold its Easter breakfast from 6-10:30 a.m. Saturday. The breakfast consists of biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes and eggs. An Egg hunt will follow the breakfast. Participants should bring their own basket.

 The Bridge Community Church, 1403 Winchester Rd., Decatur, will hold an Easter Eggstravaganza from 6-8 p.m. Friday. An egg hunt will begin at 6 p.m., followed by food, carnival games, a living Easter story, clowns and bounce houses.
