Food vendors aplenty for 2019 Sculpture Tour event

    It’s time for the 2019 Decatur Sculpture Tour unveiling event, set for 6 p.m. Friday at the courthouse in downtown Decatur.
    While the unveiling will be the crown jewel of the ceremonies, there are several other events being held in conjunction with the DST, including a Plein Air Paint Out and the always popular food vendors, which will be located along the north side of the Courthouse Square on Madison Street, as well as downtown restaurants that will feature their traditional fare and Sculpture Tour specials.
    Food will be provided on Madison Street by the following vendors:
    • 3 Stage BBQ — Pulled pork sandwiches, pulled pork sundaes, cheesy potatoes, pork loin sandwiches, potato dippers;
    • B & J Massachusetts-Style Coney Dogs — Breakfast burritos, Massachusetts-style coney dogs and quesadillas;
    • Bellmont Boys Basketball — Lemon shake-ups;
    • Boy Scout Troop 60 — Chili cheese fries;
    • Boy Scout Troop 70 — Breaded chicken sandwiches, breaded cod sandwiches, corndogs, mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets;
    • North Adams — Summer lunch program – Children eat free;
    • Optimist Club — Grilled tenderloin;
    • Smoothie Mama’s — Sweet and healthy smoothies, nachos, with fresh cheese sauce;
    • Sweet Tooth Cakes — Cookies;
    • Women Life Chapter 623 — Root beer floats;
    • Wounded Warrior Sub Shop — Chili dogs, sausage, brats and chips.
 
Downtown restaurants and vendors will be providing the following:
    • Andy and Friends Coney Bar — Coney dogs, sandwiches, nachos and root beer floats;
    • Famous Monster Pizza — Specialty pizzas, grinders and soda fountain;
    • Soul Pig BBQ — Southern BBQ, burgers and drinks;
    • The Java Bean Café — Iced coffee, iced tea, smoothies and desserts;
    • The Old 27 Ice Cream Shop — 27 flavors of ice cream, chili dogs, sandwiches, nachos and walking tacos.
