The Bellmont Elementary School Preschool Round-Up event has been rescheduled due to the recent winter storm that dropped nearly a foot of snow on Adams County. The Round-Up will now be held from 4:30-6 p.m. Feb. 24 at the school.
Families with a child ages 3 to 5 years old are invited to attend the Round Up to enroll in preschool for the 2021-22 school year. There will be two sessions, morning and afternoon, each weekday.
Morning sessions will be from 8-10:45 a.m., with breakfast provided for enrolled students, while the afternoon sessions will be from 11:45 a.m.-2:30 p.m., with lunch provided to enrolled students.
Parents are asked to bring a copy of their child’s birth certificate, Social Security card and immunization records.
“We are excited for transportation to return for the 2021-22 school year,” said Leah Thompson, communications manager for North Adams Community Schools. “We value this service and the benefit that it provides to our families. We are actively working to bring our transportation service back for our families. We encourage our families to register early to ensure their child’s spot on our list.”
Families are encouraged to enroll early, as space is limited and spots will fill quickly. For more information or assistance, contact Bellmont Elementary School at 724-3137.
