2019 4-H Fair Schedule

    The following is the schedule of events for the 2019 Adams County 4-H Fair held at the 4-H Fairgrounds in Monroe:

PRE-FAIR ACTIVITIES
Saturday, July 20

    • 7 a.m.-9 p.m. — Clover Center open;
    • 7 a.m.-6 p.m. — Livestock check-in;
    • 8:30-10:30 a.m. — Ag Hort check-in and Judging;
    • 7 p.m. — Battle of the Barns.

FAIR ACTIVITIES
Sunday, July 21
    • 9 a.m.-9 p.m. — Clover Center open;
    • 9-11 a.m. — Mini Horse and Pony check-in;
    • 12 p.m. — 4-H Horse and Pony Show;
    • 1 p.m. — 4-H Tractor Driving contest;
    • 2-9 p.m. — 4-H Exhibits open;
    • 2-9 p.m. — Commercial Exhibits open;
    • 2:30 p.m. — 4-H Rabbit Show;
    • 2:30 p.m. — Small Animal judging;
    • 3 p.m. — Pork Producers Supper;
    • 3:30 p.m. — 4-H Cat Show;
    • 4:30 p.m. — Dog demonstration;
    • 5-6 p.m. — FFA Pedal Pull registration;
    • 5 p.m. — 4-H Stage event — Final Year member recognition, Farm Bureau Tenure awards, Outstanding 4-H Member award, 4-H scholarship announcement, 4-H volunteer recognition and Showcase of Fashion;
    • 6 p.m. — Pedal Pull;
    • 6 p.m. — Featured stage performance — Swiss City Dance;
    • 7 p.m. — Recognition Miss Adams County.

Monday, July 22
    • 8 a.m.-9 p.m. — Clover Center open;
    • 8:30 a.m. — 4-H Sheep Show;
    • 9 a.m.-9 p.m. — 4-H Exhibits open;
    • 9 a.m.-9 p.m. — Commercial Exhibits open;
    • 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. — Dining Hall open;
    • 11 a.m. — 4-H Horse and Pony Show;
    • 3 p.m. — 4-H Starter Calf Show;
    • 6:30 p.m. — 4-H Stage Event — Grand Champion presentation;
    • 7 p.m. — 4-H Horse and Pony Show;
    • 7:30 p.m. — Featured Stage Performance — Elite School of Performing Arts.

Tuesday, July 23
    • 7 a.m.-10 p.m. — Clover Center open;
    • 8 a.m. — 4-H Swine Show;
    • 9 a.m.-10 p.m. — 4-H Exhibits open;
    • 9 a.m.-10 p.m. — Commercial Exhibits open;
    • 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. — Dining Hall open;
    • 3 p.m. — 4-H Horse and Pony Show;
    • 7 p.m. — Parade — Following parade, the 4-H stage event will be held recognizing outgoing mini 4-Hers, Pedal Pull tractor winners, Grand Marshall and 4-H Ambassadors;
    • 8 p.m. — 4-H Horse and Pony Show.

Wednesday, July 24
    • 8 a.m.-9 p.m. — Clover Center open;
    • 8:45 a.m. — 4-H Dairy Show;
    • 8:45-9 a.m. BINGO Cards Available;
    • 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m. — BINGO at the Fair;
    • 9 a.m.-9 p.m. — 4-H Exhibits open;
    • 9 a.m.-9 p.m. — Commercial Exhibits open;
    • 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. — Dining Hall open;
    • 11:30 a.m. — 4-H Goat Show;
    • 5 p.m. — 4-H Horse and Pony;
    • 5 p.m. — 4-H Beef Show;
    • 5:30 p.m. — Featured Stage Performance — Dance Academy of Excellence;
    • 7 p.m. Featured Stage Performance — Razz M’ Jazz;
    • 8-10 p.m. — 4-H Exhibits Released.

Thursday, July 25
    • 8 a.m.-8 p.m. — Clover Center open;
    • 9 a.m.-5 p.m. — 4-H Exhibits Released;
    • 9 a.m. — 4-H Supreme Showmanship;
    • 11:30 a.m. — Horse and Pony Awards;
    • 12 p.m. — Horse and Pony released;
    • 4 p.m. — 4-H Livestock Auction.
