FORT WAYNE—If track experts in Ohio and Michigan had never heard of Bellmont's Alexis Harvey, they have now after her Saturday performance at the 39th annual Midwest Meet of Champions at Northrop High School.
Harvey placed first in two events and second in another in her three races at the meet which featured the many of the best recent graduating class athletes in the tri-state area and earned Harvey the "Star of the Stars" award for the meet.
Recently graduated Bellmont track star Alexis Harvey has been selected to participate in the 39th annual Midwest Men and Women’s Meet of Champions tomorrow at Northrop High School’s Spuller Stadium starting at 12:30 p.m.
