A huge black cloud moved over Decatur a little after 6 p.m. on Wednesday, and while it was ominous looking, there was no storm beyond a few bolts of lightning and some thunder.
Officials at the city weather station recorded .53 of an inch of rain. It was the fourth consecutive day that rain has been recorded here.
A high of 86 degrees followed Tuesday's high of 90 in Decatur.
