   Richard E. Lothridge, Jr., 59, of Geneva, died on Wednesday at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
   Among survivors are his wife, Jackie (Bailey) Lothridge, Geneva; five sons, Richard T. Lothridge, Portland; Thomas Lothridge, Geneva; Clayton (Casey) Lothridge, Decatur; Chad Lothridge, and Jason Lothridge, both of Indianapolis; and daughter, Autumn Lothridge, Geneva.
   Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 5:30 p.m. there on Saturday. Burial will be at a later date in the Marion National Cemetery in Marion.
