Leonard (Lennie) R. Jaurigue, 60, of Fort Wayne, passed away on August 28, 2011.
He was born February 25, 1951 in Decatur. He was the son of Robert and Bernice Jaurigue of Decatur.
He was employed for 25 years at the Fort Wayne Foundry, enjoyed cooking and was an avid Notre Dame fan. Most important was spending time with his family, children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his mother, Bernice; his wife, JoDee Jaurigue; former wife and mother of his three children, Faye (Bob) Stanton; son Michael (Kara) Jaurigue; daughters Angela (Bert) Migues, Jennifer (Jose) Jaurigue; stepchildren, Tammy Krock, Tonya (Anthony) Clark, Chad (Audra) Watson; 20 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; brothers Robert (Kay) Jaurigue and Daniel Jaurigue; sister Maria (Tom) Reiter: and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert, and siblings Richard, Sharon and Ronald.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, September 1 at Plymouth Congregational Church, 501 W. Berry St., Fort Wayne, with visitation at 10 am.
