Linda L. Ross, 64, of Fort Wayne, died at 10:15 a.m. Thursday in Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home of Fort Wayne after a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer.
She was born on June 19, 1947, in Shelbyville, Indiana, to Charles and Martha Miller Glackman, who are deceased.
She married Larry A. Ross on September 11, 1972 in Fairland, Indiana; he survives.
She and her husband were the owners of Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises, including the one in Decatur, for more than 25 years.
Linda was a member of Fairland United Methodist Church, attended The Chapel in Fort Wayne, and was a volunteer at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Other survivors are one son, Jason A. Ross (and wife Erin) of Indianapolis, and one brother, Charles G. Glackman of Fairland.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, with Pastor Rick Hawks officiating.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Forrest Hill Cemetery at Shelbyville.
Visitation is noon-4 p.m. Sunday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home.
Preferred memorials are to James Whitcomb Riley Children's Hospital at Indianapolis.
