Florence R. Bulmahn, 90, of Decatur, died Sunday in Bluffton Regional Medical Center.
She was born on May 6, 1920, in Adams County to Adolph and Viola Grote Marbach.
She married Hugo Bulmahn on June 21, 1942, in Immanuel Lutheran Church; he passed away on February 13, 2007.
She was a homemaker and a partner with her husband in the operation of the family farm and an orange grove. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church at Preble and Christ the King Lutheran Church at LaBelle, Florida.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Maxine) Nahrwold of Ossian; two sons, Gerald Bulmahn (and wife Laurna) of Decatur and Kenneth Bulmahn (and wife Sherry) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; two sisters, Edna Mesing of Decatur and Mrs. Wilmer (Edith) Nierman of Van Wert, Ohio; three brother, Herbert Marbach (and wife Lorna), Edward Marbach, and Richard Marbach (and Helen Witte), all of Decatur; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.
Two sisters are deceased, Linda Brenneke and Norma Mueller.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Paul Lutheran Church near Preble, with Rev. Daniel J. Brege officiating.
Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Visiting hours are 2-4 and 5-8 p.m. Thursday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and 10-11 a.m. Friday in the church.
Preferred memorials are to the building fund at Christ the King Lutheran Church in LaBelle, Florida; to St. Paul Lutheran Church at Preble; or to the donor's choice.
