...The first new-style driver's license issued at the Decatur License Branch was a learner's permit obtained by Bradley Guzek of rural Craigville. The new license for those under the age of 21 carries the photo and printed information vertically, whereas the new licenses for those 21 and
over printed horizontally. The juvenile licenses also have specially colorized dates indicating the person's 18th and 21st birthdates, for enforcing Indiana's alcohol and tobacco laws. (Photo by Eric Mann) |
