Zurcher Tire’s expansion plans move forward

December 6, 2013

Paul and Sue Zurcher of Monroe, owners of Zurcher Tire, were in attendance at the Monroe Town Council meeting Thursday night to discuss plans to expand their warehouse building. The company intends to buy property from Biggs Property Management and tear down current apartment buildings for the expansion.
During the November town council meeting, concerns were raised on where and how to place a stop sign at the proposed site. After accepting input from the community, Zurcher said he is willing changed a significant part of the building plans to meet the needs of the community.
