Zurcher expansion gets unofficial OK from Monroe council

November 8, 2013

The Monroe Town Council on Thursday night heard a presentation from Brett Miller, MLS Engineering and Land surveyor, and Paul Zurcher, owner of Zurcher Tire Company, seeking the council’s permission to approach the Adams County Plan Commission in December concerning the expansion of their current building. Zurcher Tire is hoping to build a 20,000-square-foot warehouse addition to the company’s existing building.
The addition would be constructed west of the former fire station at the intersection of Polk and Andrews streets.
