The dresses ranged from sizeS 3 to size 12.
Little Dresses for Africa is a non-profit Christian organization based in Brownstown, Mich. It provides relief to young girls in Africa. Why little girls? In many of the receiving countries, girls are seen to have little value, a news release said.
