An appeal by Tyler White, found guilty of murdering his wife, the former Amy Meyer of Berne, has been unanimously denied by the Indiana Court of Appeals.
The former Bluffton man is serving a 70-year sentence in prison after being convicted on October 11, 2011.
In October of 2009, White shot and killed his estranged, pregnant wife in front of their two-year-old son. He was sentenced to 60 years for murder and 10 years for enhancement, having to due with the victim being pregnant.
