Warm and dry day for the Relay

June 21, 2013

It may be a bit on the warm side, but nary a drop of rain is in the National Weather Service forecast for this weekend, which is good news for Relayers – all the participants in the annual Adams County Relay for Life.
The cancer-fighter kicks off at noon at the Adams Central football field in Monroe and carries on until 10 a.m. Sunday.
Temperatures are expected in the upper 80s to around 90 under mostly sunny skies both days, with a Saturday night low around 70, the weather bureau said.
