Walter D. Case

    Walter D. “Kielbasa” Case, age 52, of Decatur, formerly of Adrian, Michigan, passed away on December 10, 2011, at Adams Memorial Hospital.
    He was born on June 26, 1959, in Adrian, the son of William and Rose (Martin) Case.
    Walter was a 1977 graduate of Adrian High School and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Adrian.
    Walter is survived by his mother, who lives in Adrian; one daughter, Angilese (Daniel Riley) Case of Thornton, Colorado; a son, Jacob Case of Overland Park, Kansas; a special friend, Lori Fox of Adrian; two brothers, William “Dan” (Dee) Case II of Willis, Michigan, and Ward Case of Batavia, Ohio; two sisters, Mary (Dell) Mills of Jackson, Michigan, and Judy (Donald Fleurette) North of Hudson, Michigan; and a lifelong buddy, Kevin “Buckwheat” Wheaton of Manitou Beach, Michigan.
    He was preceded in death by his father.
    Funeral services will be held today, December 13, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian, with Father Thomas Wasilewski officiating.
    Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery at Adrian.
