In her early and middle years one of her favorite activities was raccoon hunting in the woods around Hoagland.

Surviving would include her brother Dale Gresley and his wife Gertrude of Monroeville; brother-in-law H. Parnell Hisner and wife Ann of Ft. Wayne; sister-in-law Garnet Hisner of Hoagland and numerous nieces and nephews.
