officer, associating with people who are on probation, and not paying court-ordered restitution.
Haney, who is on probation for a theft conviction, was also reordered to pay the restitution.
Haney was present when Justin Sprow, also 19 and of Uniondale, was shot to death at a Wells County intersection on October 28. Haney, who scrambled out of Sprow's vehicle and dashed into a cornfield, was not hurt in the shooting.
Each suspect is facing three charges: murder, felony murder and conspiracy to commit robbery resulting in serious bodily injury. The felony murder count alleges that the murder took place during the course of an attempt to commit a crime, contending that the four wanted to rob Sprow.
Charged are: Dustin Jackson, 22, of Decatur; Cody Barkley, 18, a spring graduate of Bellmont High School; Jonathan Thatcher, 18, a senior at Adams Central High School and a former Bellmont student; and Cody Mendez, 17, a student at Bellmont.
