Three teams post softball wins

For the winners, Alyssa Miller hit a two-run homer, Dana Garcia tripled in a two-hit game, Bailey Beery doubled in a three-hit contest and had three RBIs, Haley Stinson doubled among her two hits, and Megan Tracey doubled while Adrienne Ashley had two hits and two RBIS. Jenessa Smedley added a pair of singles for DDS. For Hip Hop, Erica Franz had a double and Megan Zuber knocked out a pair of singles. Stinson was the winning pitcher with 14 Ks while Morgan Ellsworth and Maddi Strickler both threw for Hip Hop. Wednesday evening action found Mitchel Enterprise knocking off German Mutual Insurance 11-5 and Eichhorn's whitewashing the Handymen, 7-0. Mitchel's Beka Wilder had two hits including a double while Megan McBarnes had a pair of singles. Brittney Hartman tripled for GMI. Taylor Bebout fanned seven for the winners who improved to 7-3 on the season while Ryan Velez and Amber Dahlstrom each pitched for German Mutual Insurance. In the other game, Eichhorn's tallied twice in the first and added five runs in the third for their victory. Sadie Alberson set down 14 batters on strikes for Eichhorn's and on offense she had a double among two hits and drove in three RBIs. Kindra Glancy also doubled with Taylor Bird finished with two hits and two RBIs. Jessika Schaden struck out eight in a losing cause for the Handymen. << Start < Prev 1 2 Next > End >>
