...The circular piece of wood displayed above will cover a tap-in to the city's sanitary sewer system as sewage is disposed of from storage tanks of motor homes when the American Coach Chapter (ACC) of the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) holds a rally in Decatur July 13-18 at Bellmont High School.
