November 3, 2004; her mother lives in Decatur.
    She was formerly employed at Gerber's supermarket downtown in the deli department. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Decatur.
    Other survivors are three daughters, Adrian L. O'Campo of Decatur; Michelle L. O'Campo, serving with U.S. military forces in Kuwait; and Leandra M. Swain-Fisher of North Carolina; four sisters, Ester O'Campo, Silvia Fee, Mrs. Scott (Kristine) Smedley, and Jessica O'Campo-Jackson, all of Decatur; two brothers, David B. O'Campo Jr. of Fort Wayne and Marcus O'Campo of Decatur; two grandchildren; and her companion, Barton Akamine of Decatur.
    A prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Decatur.
    Visiting hours are 4-7 p.m. Monday.
    Preferred memorials are to the family.
