United Way posts are filled

    The 22nd annual meeting of the United Way of Adams County (UW) was held this week, with the main order of business being the election of board members to three-year terms.
    Six board members were eligible to return for a second three-year term and were re-elected: Corey Affolder, Maggie Bollinger, Becky Cochran, Kenny Ketzler, Dan Kintz and Bill Warren.     
    Natasha Nevil and Keith Sanders, who had been filling temporary terms, were elected to full three-year terms, while joining the board as new members were Larry Isch, Brad Martz, and Sarah Conrad. 
    The new members join Leonard King, Adam Miller, Connie Moser, Susan Sefton, Leslie Rhoades, Steve Amstutz, Rex Hinsky, Jamie McDonald, Ron Storey and Jessica Thieme to complete the United Way Board.
    After the election of new board members, the following were selected as officers for 2013: Past-president, Leslie Rhoades; President, Susan Sefton; First Vice President, Jessica Thieme; Second Vice President, Tasha Nevil; Secretary, Connie Moser; Treasurer, Steve Amstutz.
