Town Hall meeting is now April 9

    With the announcement of the city being named a finalist in the process for an Indiana Stellar Communities grant on the minds of many city residents, Decatur Mayor John Schultz said the time is right for a community-wide conversation.
    The town hall meeting, originally scheduled for April 8, has been rescheduled for 6 p.m. April 9 at the Riverside Center so as not to coincide with the North Adams Board of Education meeting set for April 8.
    “The North Adams Schools are an important partner in our Stellar Community effort,” Schultz said. “I would like to give anyone involved with North Adams the opportunity to attend the Town Hall meeting.”
