Thelma E. Bell

    Thelma E. Bell, 83, of Willshire, Ohio, died at home on Thursday.
    She was born to Tom and Edna Thornburg White.
    Among survivors are two sons, Steven Riesen of Wolcottville, Indiana, and Rev. Eric Riesen of Pittsburgh, and one daughter, Mrs. David (Tonya) Fenstermaker of Rockford, Ohio.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne, with burial in MRE Cemetery, rural Berne. Visiting hours are 9-11 a.m. Monday.
