Terry G. Hike II

    Terry G. Hike II, 46, Fort Wayne, formerly of Decatur, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014, at his mother’s residence in Bluffton.
    He was born Oct. 3, 1967, to Terry G. and Mary J. (Dyer) Hike. 
    Terry was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Decatur and was a 1986 graduate of Bellmont High School. He worked as a medical dialysis consultant. He was also a manager for Ammolite Jewels in St. Thomas of the U.S. Virgin Islands and in Skagway, Alaska.
  He is survived by his mother and step-father, Mary J. and Lorren Caffee of Bluffton; father and step-mother, Terry G. and Barbara Hike of Asheville, N.C.; a sister, Deanna (Scott) Elzey of Markle; three brothers, Jim (Amanda) Hike of Mansfield, Ohio, Stephen (Meghan) May of Indianapolis and David May of Decatur; a step-brother, Evan (Amy) Caffee of Brownsburg; a step-sister, Liesl (Todd) Kruekeberg of Houston, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
    A memorial gathering will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Haggard-Sefton and Hirschy Funeral Home.
    The evening will conclude with a Funeral Liturgy at 7 p.m., with Father David Voors officiating.
