A different type of football huddle was seen at Adams Central's Regional pep rally on Thursday night.
Superintendent Mike Pettibone, half-bald, but all-AC, told the crowd that when the Flying Jets were in the midst of a five-game losing streak, he promised to let the team members write their names on his head if they won a Sectional.
Last night, Pettibone made good on his pledge and sat while the boys gathered around and wrote away.
The Jets play at Sheridan tonight.
