Substance Abuse grants awarded

     The Adams County Substance Abuse Awareness Council provides yearly grant opportunities to agencies in Adams County to help address alcohol, tobacco, and other drug issues in our community. The grant money is the collection of fees from those that commit drug or alcohol offenses.  
    Agencies that were awarded funds for fiscal year 2014 are: 
    • Adams County Law Enforcement Fund: These funds will be used to assist Adams County law enforcement agencies with equipment or other tools to assist with investigations and ultimately help increase conviction rates.
