Decatur Mayor John Schultz seeks a second term.

A familiar fellow was first to file on Jan. 19,  as the 2011 city and town election process began. Decatur Mayor John Schultz, a Democrat seeking a second term, filed for the May 3 primary election by signing papers in the Adams County Clerk's office, while Clerk Gayla Reinhart observed. The last day to file a candidacy for elective offices in Decatur, Berne, and Monroe will be on Friday, February 18, by noon in the clerk's office at the courthouse in Decatur.
