SA gets glowing report on Crossing

    Miriam Dalton, regional principal of the Crossing Alternative Campus, presented a report to the South Adams School Board on Tuesday night, with the help of senior Amanda Ineichen.
    Dalton reported that there are currently 19 students enrolled in the alternative education program. During the first semester, 55 percent of the Crossing students received financial aid, attendance was 84.45 percent, and retention was 94.5percent. She said 52 credits were earned, with each student averaging 2 credits.
    Three students graduated that semester, and another two are anticipated to graduate by the end of the school year.
