Roxann Mann

    Roxann (Feasel) Mann, 64, Fort Pierce, Fla., died unexpectedly April 27, 2014.
    She was born in Decatur Jan. 1, 1950, to the late Leo and Betty Feasel Sr.
  She married John Mann April 24, 1968; he survives.
  Roxann grew up in Decatur. She graduated from Bellmont High School in 1968. She was a graduate of IRSC. Roxann was an accountant and owned her own business for 25 year and actually enjoyed tax season.
  Surviving are children, Staci (Tony) Saliba of Asheville, N.C., John R. (Jennifer) Mann Jr. of Japan, Thomas Mann, Terry Mann and Tedi Mann, all of Fort Pierce, Fla., and Ted (Lisa) Mann of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; two brothers, Leo Feasel Jr. and Thomas Feasel; one sister, Annette Handshoe of Adams County; and 11 grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by a sister, Renate Moore.
