The Relay for Life annual fundraiser, “Picture a Cure,” was held at Adams Central School Saturday and Sunday. Teams of walkers came together to raise funds for the fight against cancer.
The event kicked off with the Survivor’s Lap, where area residents who have defeated cancer took the first trip around the AC track, celebrating their victory over cancer while being cheered on by other participants who lined the track.
During the day Saturday, the teams held fundraisers, ranging from “Save the Ta-Ta’s” game, a bounce house, food and merchandise sales, corn hole games and many other events.
