Bellmont High School kicked off its annual Homecoming events Sunday with Powder Puff football and mud volleyball.
The Powder Puff game was won by the seniors, 21-14. The mud volleyball tournament followed.
Monday through Friday of this week is Spirit Week. Events include daily Homecoming contests during lunch, a hall-decorating contest, various "dress-up" days, and a tailgate party at Worthman Stadium prior to Friday night's football  game. The tailgating, sponsored by the student council and Future Engineers Club, will start at 5 p.m.
The Homecoming king and queen will be crowned at halftime of the Bellmont-Carroll football game, and the student council will host a dance from 9-11 in the auxiliary gym.
