Pauline M. Lehman

    Pauline M. Lehman, 86, of Berne, passed away on Saturday, September 10, in Parkview Hospital at Fort Wayne.
    She was born to Albert and Eva Liddy Huser on February 21, 1925, in Adams County.
    She married Maynard "Miz" Lehman on July 30, 1944, he survives.
    She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always put her family first.
    Pauline worked at the former General Electric Co. plant in Decatur, was co-owner of P.H.D. Homes, was an original co-owner of Amishville, and was a homemaker.
    Her special interests included golf, knitting, crocheting, and reading and she was an exercising enthusiast. She also volunteered at Swiss Heritage and Et Cetera Ecke.
    Other survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Pat) Fosnaugh, Mrs. Jack (Claudia) Claussen, and Mrs. Doug (Carla) Noll, all of Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
    Preceding her in death were one brother, Lester Huser, and four sisters, Margaret Feasel, Vera Hanni, Olive Mann, and Jean Foreman.
    Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14, in First Mennonite Church at Berne, with Pastors Jeff Linthicum and Marie Nussbaum officiating.
    Visiting hours are 2-8 p.m. Tuesday in Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the church.
    Memorials are to the household fund at First Mennonite Church or to the Berne Clock Tower in care of Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, 365 W. Main St., Berne, IN 46711.
