    Paul F. "Buzz" Neal, 71, of Geneva, died Wednesday at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
    He was born in Adams County on April 12, 1939, to Waldo D. "Bud" Neal and Bernice P. Biery Neal.
    Among survivors are his wife, Jane; three sons, Mark Neal of Seymour, Tennessee; Tom Neal of Fayetteville, West Virginia; and Jim Neal of Geneva; and three stepsons, Kenneth Noble Jr. of Decatur; Kevin Noble of Eaton; and Waylan Niece of Huntington.
    Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Downing and Glancy Funeral Home, Geneva, with burial in Riverside Cemetery at Geneva.
    Visiting hours are 4-8 p.m. Friday, 1-8 p.m. Saturday, and 1-2 p.m. Sunday.
