Jan. 24 snowfall prompts business owners to sweep it away.

J Swygart Old Man Winter strengthened its grip on Adams County by dumping another one and one-half inches of snowfall on Decatur throughout the day Jan. 24. Pictured here is an employee at China Buffet as he cleans the sidewalk outside the restaurant. Even though the snow total exceeded predictions that day, a forecast calling for freezing rain failed to materialize during the evening hours.
