November ‘busy’ for local contractors

    Adams County Building, Planning and Zoning Director Mark Wynn informed Adams County Commissioners Monday that November was “a very busy” and “a very good” month for the Planning Commission, which issued 30 construction permits with a total estimated value of $1.5 million in projects for the month. Eight unattached buildings with a total estimated value of $98,000 were issued permits in November, as well as six residential additions valued at an estimated total of $115,000 and five single-family residences with a combined estimated value of $950,000.
