Neal L. Hart

    Neal L. Hart, 46, of rural Decatur, died Thursday in Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.    He was born in Adams County on February 17, 1964, to Robert and Janice Bailey Hart. His father is deceased; his mother, now Janice Barr, lives in Monroeville.
    Other survivors include a daughter, Tessa M. Hart of Monroeville and two sons, Tyler L. Hart of Decatur and Tanner L. Hart of Monroeville.
    Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, with burial in Decatur Cemetery. Visiting hours are noon-2 p.m. Monday.
