Nancy L. Helm

    Nancy L. Helm, 68, of Decatur, died at 11:30 a.m. Friday at her sister's home in Osceola, Indiana.
    She was born on November 9, 1941, in Adams County to George D. and Kathryn L. Archbold Helm.
    She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Decatur and retired from North Adams Community Schools after many years as a kindergarten teacher at Monmouth Elementary School.
    Surviving are three sisters, Rev. Dr. Joyce Kuhn, wife of Hubert Kuhn, of Osceola; Mrs. Ron (Jackie) Potter of Clemmons, North Carolina; and Mrs. Rod (Kris) Wolford of Portland.
    Funeral services will be held at noon on Monday in First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Martha Lyon officiating.
    Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery.
    Visiting hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and 11 a.m.-noon on Monday in the church.
    Preferred memorials are to First United Methodist Church, the Cancer Angel Fund within the Adams County Community Foundation, and the Elkhart County Hospice.
