NA veterans announce retirement plans

    North Adams Community Schools will say goodbye to several veteran employees who have announced plans to retire at the conclusion of the 2013-14 school year.
    Neal Rich, principal at Southeast Elementary School, will retire after 39 years of employment with the school district.
    Also announcing retirement plans were administrators John Maxson, director of the district’s ACCESS School, who will retire from his position after more than 26  years of service, and Krista Schloss, programs/grants assessment director, who will leave the district after 35 years of service.
