MOPS DOES IT ...

February 14, 2011

The MOPS group has received enough donations for playground equipment, but it still soliciting donations to pay for the installation of the equipment and mulch.

The drive by Mothers Of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS) has paid off. The group solicited donations for months in order to purchase new playground equipment to be placed in Legion Park here. Enough funds were raised to do so and the equipment recently arrived in Decatur. In front of some of that equipment are, from left with their children, Abby Dyer, Kara Martin, Sarah Johnson, Mandy Arnold, park board member Larry Isch, and Emily Hower. MOPS is still soliciting donations to pay for the installation of the equipment and mulch; donations may be sent to MOPS, 502 W. Monroe St., Decatur, IN 46733.
