Mildred H. Reber
    Mildred H. Reber, 86 of Decatur, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, October 5, 2012.
    She was born in Adams County on June 22, 1926, to the late Robert and Fannie (Pence) Wemhoff.
    Mildred was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and the Women of St. Marys. She was a formerly employee of the Adams County Park & Recreation Department.
    Among survivors are her son, Mark W. Reber of Decatur; two daughters, Susan M. (Jonathan) Harris and Janis L. Reber-Booth, both of Goodyear, Ariz.; a brother, Owen Wemhoff of Carmel, Ind.; a sister, Eleanor Affolder of Decatur; six grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Wemhoff.
    Visitation will be from noon-4 p.m. on Sunday, October 7, at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home, with reciting of the Holy Rosary at 4 p.m.
    Visitation will also be on Monday, Octtober 8, from noon-1 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church, followed by a 1 p.m. mass of Christian burial at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.    Officiating will be Father David Voors and burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
    Memorials are to ACCF Dementia/Alzheimer Fund or Adams County Council on Aging.
