Menno W. Schwartz

    Menno W. Schwartz, 82, of rural Monroe, died at home on Wednesday.
    He was born on August 21, 1929, in Adams County to Joe L. and Elizabeth Wickey Schwartz.
    Among survivors are his wife, Wilma, and eight children: Joe M. (Leah) Schwartz, Rosina M. (Reuben) Wickey, Elizabeth M. (Leroy) Eicher, Fannie M. (Nathan) Girod, Emma M. (Jacob) Eicher, Lydia M. (David) Wengerd, Amos W. (Lydiann) Schwartz, and Anna W. (Chris) Schwartz.
    The funeral service will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at his home, 3321 E. County Rd. 300 South.
    Burial will be in East Salem Cemetery, rural Monroe.
    Visitation is 3-8 p.m. on Thursday and 9 a.m.-8 p.m. on Friday at the home.
    Arrangements were by Haggard-Sefton and Hirschy Funeral Home, Decatur.
