Mary L. Gould

    Mary L. Gould, 84, of Willshire, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013, in Van Wert County Hospital.
    Mary was born on October 30, 1928, in Wells County to the late Forrest and Nettie (Frauhiger) Mankey.
    On April 10, 1948, she married Sherman R. Gould; he preceded her in death in May 2006.
    Mary was a former member of First United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Women of the Moose 1311.
    Among survivors are two sons, Bradley L. Gould of Howe, Ind., and Kevin R. (Janet) Gould of Fort Wayne; daughter, Shuana Winton of Willshire; brother, Carl (Delores) Mankey of Craigville; and four sisters, Mable Denis of Bluffton, Dorothy Hoffman of Preble, Patsy (Larry) Dafforn of Yoder, and Laura (Doyle) Werling of Tocsin; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
    Mary was preceded in death by a son, Rodney, in 1949; four brothers; and three sisters.
    Visitation will be from 10 a.m.–noon Saturday, May 18, at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home.
    Funeral services will be at noon Saturday at the funeral home, with Pastor Rex Grant officiating.
    Burial will take place in Pleasant Dale Cemetery at a later date.
