Martha R. Speicher

    Martha R. Speicher, 93, passed away Saturday morning, March 31, at Swiss Village where she was a resident. 
    She was born to Edwin and Leah (Nyffler) Speicher on December 14, 1918.
    She was a member of the Cross Community Church and the Dorcas Circle. She retired from Eastern Indiana Oil and Supply Company in Geneva where she was employed from 1947-1983. She volunteered at Et Cetera Ecke, in Berne.
    Survivors include her nieces, Carolyn (William) Clack of Horsehead, N.Y.; and Ruth (Jeff) Gardner of Greenville ,S.C.; and nephew John Speicher of Geyersville, Ca.
    Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers Carl and Marcus Speicher; and sister Vera Speicher.
    Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 3, at 1 p.m., at Cross Community Church in Berne, with visitation two hours prior to services. Pastor Chris Kruchkow will be officiating.
    Burial is at the MRE Cemetery.
    Preferred memorials are to the Cross Community Church.
    Arrangements were by Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home.
