Manley Miss Adams County ...once again!

    Meghan Manley was crowned 2013 Miss Adams County as the county 4-H Fair opened its five-day run Sunday night at the Monroe Fairgrounds.
    Numerous fair-goers were on hand for the various activities held on a warm Sunday.
    First runnerup was Amanda Reynolds, with Corrinne Bussel named second runnerup. The contestants chose Erica Bluhm was Miss Congeniality, and Manley received the Viewers' Choice Award.
